@Goggles4u_UK Terrible company, my glasses fell apart after a few months, and my wife's lenses kept falling out. You do get what you pay for they are cheap for a reason and not a bargain at all. Customer services do not care at all.

@johnlewishelp I did try to deal with someone from customer support, who without really attempting to understand the issue tried to fob me off with a £10 voucher. I also apparently learned managers no longer talk with customers!! I got the answer to my original question.

@FentimansLtd I just poured away a whole bottle. It tasted wrong. Then had a look at the ingredients list, and yes there was sweetner added. Won't be buying any more, used to be a real treat. I'm glad I'm not the only one to notice, maybe you'll listen to your customers @fentimans
