Telling a structured thinker to think less is like telling a strong person to stop lifting things. Wrong variable.

The people who get told they overthink are often just people who think more than average and were never given the tools to organize it.

Overthinking, the way most people mean it, is looping. That's not thinking. That's anxiety wearing thinking's clothes.

Real thinking moves. It takes a question, breaks it into parts, weighs them, and arrives somewhere. You can think for hours and feel clearer at the end, not more exhausted.

The question isn't whether something dramatic enough occurred to justify the response. The question is what the body has been consistently responding to. Over months. Over years.

If you need it every day to stay okay, it's managing something. Not solving it.

The daily repetition is the tell. Not a moral failing. Not evidence the tool isn't working. Just information about where the problem is still located.

You cannot convince the body it's safe when the conditions haven't changed.

What happens if you skip it for a week? Not whether you want to. Just what happens to the underlying state if the tool isn't applied for seven days.
