3/ "Unlimited email accounts" shouldn't be a premium feature. Connecting a Gmail account via SMTP is free infrastructure. The tool just stores credentials and rotates between them. Charging per-seat for this is pure margin extraction.

2/ Email warmup? Most tools charge $29/mo extra. It's just slowly increasing send volume over 2-3 weeks. A cron job and a counter. Should be table stakes, not an upsell.

1/ Every cold email tool charges $97/mo for A/B testing. I looked at what it actually takes to build: a database column and a random selector. That's a $78/mo markup on a feature that takes an afternoon to code.
