@Hanky_Alex @waitbutwhy Speaking of the video itself. It is similar to horoscopes, where misses are discounted and correct guesses of personality traits are seen as confirmation of the truth behind a given star sign / etc. A person who says carrot is instantly more on board with prototype theory.

I'd love to see semantic segmentation used to pseudo color imagery from electron microscopes. It seems like it is being done with optical microscopy but I've been unable to find any examples using a SEM. #Microscopy #DeepLearning

Tried running style transfer locally on several frames of this GIF, and you can see why temporal coherence matters. Although this looks interesting, it's about as rough as it gets. Will follow up with the results from the 2019 paper on 3D Style Transfer
