I had the absolute worst experience at @Primark in Buffalo, NY. My son (who is a minor) was profiled, followed, and a security guard not only stared us down the whole time but she also stalked my son while he was trying on clothes which is a violation to his privacy!

@Primark not allowing people to try on bras in store due to hygiene reasons and making them buy them to try on at home is to get them to not be bothered to return them. No thank you £84 spent at Next who do let you try on bras.

I have autism and it was confusing as many of the clothes I tried on has sensory issues.. it was over crowded and most of clothes were moved not as they were...
