@ajaypatel_aj Jam is solid for internal teams but requires a browser extension. If you need external users or customers to report bugs without installing anything, an embedded widget approach works better — one script tag on the site, no extension needed.

@hunch_tan Similar problem space — we built IssueCapture for the same reason. We went with Shadow DOM isolation + automatic console/network capture from page load so the context is there before the user even opens the report. Different approach to yours but same frustration that drove it.
