Then it's wired up by gamegrp. Game and bank do not import each other at all.

Another litmus test: if your stated "goal" includes things that are outside of your control, it's not a goal.
"I will study four hours per week for each class" is better. It begins to describe the system for achieving your desire, and you can definitely be better than that.
A properly formed goal is just another way of describing a system.
