Expected Value in the final week of @CircaSports Survivor. After late line movement, NE jumps JAX with slightly higher win odds, and MIN steams up to even EV.

@lipiner @CircaSports It’s definitely an aggressive, low EV pick with the Bengals also available. My guess is they think the Raiders are trying to lose for #1 pick, and it puts them on an island in case all other picks lose.

@WillTheThrillFx @CircaSports That is correct, just like it doesn’t mean anything after your team wins and the week is over. It is the “expected” value of a pick, based on all the possible outcomes of games using market win probabilities.

@RRobbiepoker For a Week 1 start with one pick per week I’d estimate HOU at 50-60% available. If your pool doesn’t post availability numbers, and there are too many entries to count them all up in the standings, you could look at a sample of them to get a rough estimate.
@CircaSports No bluffers of the 7 entries that revealed early. Eagles end up with the top EV with only 2 picks, while the more popular Jacksonville drops to slightly negative EV.

@ToddWitteles @JeffreyBenson12 @galenhall No entry name still alive had more than 1 CIN pick, or 2 CHI picks on Thanksgiving. Plenty of syndicates exist, or you can buy in the @SurvivorSweat marketplace. My point was just that his 5 entries he owns would be over at least 4 entry names.
