Once tx is conf, dispense cash

@asgarovf Very disappointed that zkSync Era support has been dropped. I was planning on using Clave for product demo in Buenos Aires, I guess now need to look for something else (you could have at least migrated people to another zkrollup rather than downgrade everyone to pumpy shit)

@BlockEnthusiast The main blocker is most "investors" and funders are either greedy arseholes or scared of their own shadow. Also hardware is a bitch and everything costs more than you'd think (have burned most of my stack building this thing [@SwapBoxCash] and still not over the finish line yet)
