My life was saved by your advice on intermittent fasting. I went from 160/110 BP to 125/85 average just by fasting 16 hours a day and moderating carbs. I didnt even have to cut them out entirely. just cut out soda, and started getting more protein during eating hours. Thank you so much!

This one was a big birthday - 60th. That is why. She isn't really being unreasonable expecting him to go. Both sides of the story are true, the dad would not have cared, but also the friend would most certainly want him missing an important family milestone either, when he could just to the hike another day. Seems both lost the reasonability.

@sysdownbr China and Europe largely wont have it. Nobody really asked for it that I know of. It would have been better to sunset anything crazy with Siri and move on to hardware/privacy. I think they could have benefited a lot more from that.
@vitobotta I would love to see a feature like LM Studio's Link where we can offload the AI workload to your Macbook's instead of it going to Google's servers. Would be even greater to be able to connect to my Macbook Model from my iPhone and use if any of the MCP tools I already have.
