5.4 is pretty good in its own environment, like Codex. I've found it handles OpenCode (which is like an open-source Claude Code CLI-type coding agent) really well, but its tool use seems to fall apart when thrust into an OpenClaw environment. GLM has been great for me in OpenClaw, and a few others - far better than GPT and comparable to Sonnet.

The dopamine loop of unlimited productivity. The ability to design, build, and deploy constantly. It's easy to get sucked in. I've also watched it happen to others... that hyper-productive spiral where the tools start using you. My reset: step away. Walk. Slow down. Focus on one thing, one track, analog if possible.
