People agreeing or disagreeing has nothing to do with facts, this is the best Nigerian economy has been and it’s the fact. If the average Nigerian is not yet getting the value does not mean the entire reform should be scrapped it only means the laws should be amended to allow for more inclusion. And what do you mean in the 3rd & 4th paragraph? Naira has been really stable for the past 2 years and its currently the second performing currency in Africa. FX backlogs cleared, investor confidence renewed, GDP growth year on year without slowing, trade surplus for the first time. These things are not happening on paper it translates to more money for Capex, better equipments for the army, increased FAAC, stable economy and I see all of these happening, so your points are not grounded in fact. Secondly, the federal government has little to do with the average man feeling the reforms. The bulk of the work is for your local government and state government. It’s their responsibility to provide immediate primary healthcare, schools, roads in your street, financial support for the vulnerable and even now almost their responsibility to provide electricity and immediate security. And the federal government has done its job in increasing the FAAC. So when they say you should hold them accountable it’s really valid because they actually control your lives. But you people’s hate for Tinubu will not allow you see that he is doing a great job as a president. Tinubu and his team has done a great job in the macroeconomics, there are imperfections here and there and I advocate for cheaper governance but it’s been great overall. Like I said your crash out is valid, the reforms are painful and people feel the pain differently, so it’s completely valid to let your grievances known. However anger directed by ignorance will lead to destruction that’s what we have been doing for 60+ years and it did nothing but sank the economy and the people with it.
