@SAS won an upgrade and paid with points. Then the flight got canceled. But @SAS never refunded me my points. Would think that would have happened automatically. But two months later nothing back from @SAS When will you refund my points?

@SAS @SAS your robot reply as bad as your service. as expected missed my flight. thanks to the lack of service stuck city hopping in Europe In order to get assistance from your service desk you need more than one answering the phone. Backlog for hours #useless

@SAS thank you for #canceling my flight 12 hours before departure and then rebook me on a connecting flight that departs 45min before my first flight lands. You guys not only canceling flights but also stopped using common sense? How is this possible?

@SAS @SAS I have tried for a week now to get in touch with someone who can help me. I sent emails. Tried to call but not able to reach anyone. This is a joke. My bag has been missing for a week and #flysas has failed on all levels. Pls help!

@SAS My plane got canceled after technical issues and rebooked on other carrier. My luggage was stuck on the first plane and sas was not able to get it before my new flight. @SAS #flysas unable to assist since and MIA Not the good service I’m custom to from SAS. Help!

@colehaan my new shoes (just 4 months old) are literally coming apart at the seams :( very happy with my other shoes from you, but this was not the quality I expected. Anything you can do to remedie this???
