Because they „reinterpret“ every contract into absurdity, try to screw everyone else, and then slander everybody on TV.

Spain was willing to pay 33bn, then desperately needed for this project, that France was not and is not able to pay alone. Let Trappier do it faster and cheaper, like he said.

@CapHornier_ Good news for you. Dassault can have 100%, you just have to pay for it yourself. What you demand, a check for 30bn Euros of German taxpayer money to start developing a plane, comes with some requirements that German interests are also taken into account. Not a radical concept.

@CapHornier_ The bold faced lying from France does not help. Trappier said he does not want to work any „jack and George“, the wants „51% of voting rights“ (so full control) and that he can do it all „a-z“. The implications for German involvement, of giving him full control, are clear.
