入行越久，越警惕自己别被“经验”惯坏。最近在反复提醒自己一些很基本的事，比如： ▫️ 当天加微信，当天说清楚来意。 ▫️ 电话后，答应发的资料绝不拖到明天。 ▫️ 无论对面资历深浅，沟通的态度永远放平。 ▫️ 即使是不好的面试反馈，尽量给对方一个真实坐标。 ▫️ 在客户和人选之间不恶意猜测并传达。
