There is some new process overall that changes the way water either bonds or is fused in breads now. I forget, but it's why they don't mold so quickly now. It's that whole living in the future with science thing. Although cake in japan tastes more like bread, and bread tastes more like cake. But there are those French style bakeries in Japan that are just the best blend of both.

@davepl1968 It should have been on a BBS or something, I had to go to Florida to score Turbo C++.. it was on sale too! Although windows GDI is too confusing for my poor mind.. let alone GPI. I've made GCC to run on old 1991 versions of NT, I wonder if I can get it to run on Windows 3.0...

It took me forever to get a Unix source license, as I was always fascinated with early Mach. Although it's all moot now but still, who wouldn't want to explore gated technology? I didn't go to any cool school, I didn't join any cool hacker club, have good grades or anything that would let me be part of the clique. Although as an outsider I'd gotten access to seemingly dead/ancient tech and I've resurrected it and adapted it, if even in small ways. It's been such a learning experience that I'd not have gotten any other way.
